This was the only hotel that was in my mind when we were heading to Dar es Salaam. The problem being that it had some very bad reviews on tripadvisor and some ok reviews. So it kinda stuck in my mind when we ran out of airtime, we had no internet connection nor wifi and arrived late at night in Dar fighting off hordes of taxi drivers. When we were driving there the taxi driver took us through very dark, dodgy looking areas to get there. A bit like Hillbrow in Joburg. But he was good to his word of the rate we got him at 15000 Tz shillings.

  
The guy on reception was great and for $20 for a clean twin room, brekkie and bathroom we were good to go. Good value for money.
