We have been using cloud based file storage since 2011 and probably keep around 98% of our documents in dropbox. We tried out other cloud storage solutions but settled with dropbox as it was seamless and simply to use. Our personal and business information is easily accessible to us anywhere in the world, so long as we have a connection online. Just some of uses of dropbox are that we scan from our devices directly into our dropbox, update reports and databases by different users, store photos….etc
