A Tale of Two Cities….well to be more accurate a tale of two applications….

My wife applied online for her Australian visa as a South African passport holder and was informed it could take up to 20 days and a hefty fee……meanwhile as a UK passport holder I applied online and it took me about 4 minutes to upload the necessary details and apply for my visa….less than 30 minutes after online submission I had my visa….and bang on the advertised 20 days, on a pleasant sunday afternoon in cape town, my wife’s visa grant was received…Australia…tick!
