I’m finally getting properly schooled in what is high risk installations. No uni definitions of silo’s, transmission lines and the like.
Just looking at the scaffolding used in many of the towns we’ve visited, it’s so obvious that these are definitely in the category of high risk installations.
I don’t know how contractors convince workers to scale those things when building a multi storied building. It seems to hold but I’ve never actually seen a person on it. I cringe just at the thought…😁
